Bacha will make his first appearance at the Junior Invitational in 2020. He has had four top 10 finishes in his junior career, notably finishing second at the AJGA Junior at Victoria Hills in 2019. Bacha has verbally committed to play at Auburn University.

Beber-Frankel returns to Sage Valley after competing in the 2019 Junior Invitational. In 2019, he finished third at the Thunderbird International Junior and fifth in the Boys Junior PGA Championship. He finished second at The Junior PLAYERS Championship in 2017. He finished seventh in the 2019 Junior Orange Bowl International Golf Championship. He was runner-up in the FSGA Boys Junior (ages 13-15) and Junior Players at TPC Sawgrass in 2017. He finished seventh in the 2018 FSGA Boys Junior (ages 16-18). His father, David, has directed several successful studio films, including The Devil Wears Prada and Marley & Me, and his mother owns a Miami advertising agency. Their grandfather, Max, was the executive editor of The New York Times. The 2020 graduate plans on attending Stanford University.

Brennan will graduate from Tuscarora High School & The Academy of Engineering and Technology in Leesburg, Virginia, this spring. In 2017, Brennan played in the U.S. Open Sectional Qualifier where he was the youngest contestant in the nation. He medaled in the 104th VSGA Amateur Championship and was the youngest in the field for the second consecutive year. Brennan won the 27th VSGA Match Play Championship as a rising sophomore. In 2019, Brennan won the Middle Atlantic Amateur Championship.

Hometown: Louisville, Ky.

Butler will make his Junior Invitational debut in 2020. In 2019 he competed in the Rolex Tournament of Champions, the Junior PLAYERS Championship, the U.S. Amateur Championship and the Boy’s Junior PGA Championship, among others. He had first place finishes in the 2019 Bubba Coulee Tournament and the 2018 AJGA City of London Junior Championship. Butler intends to play for Auburn University following his graduation this spring.

Hometown: Great Falls, Va.

Chinn recently won the 2019 Rolex Tournament of Champions. In 2018, Chinn earned medalist honors at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and was the No. 1 seed heading into the match play. As a freshman, he won the Virginia Class 6A individual state title and helped Langley High to the state team title. In 2017, at age 13, he became the youngest player to win the Army Navy Country Club Championship and repeated his victory the following year. He is currently committed to Duke University.

Chung will make his inaugural appearance in the Junior Invitational in 2020. He has had nine top 10 finishes in his career, and recently won the 2019 Corey Pavin Invitational. He intends on playing at the University of Southern California following his 2020 graduation.

Hometown: Miami Lakes, Fla.

Clanton tied for 17th at the 2019 Junior Invitational. Following last year’s tournament, he finished third at the AJGA Junior at Naples. He was the third-youngest player in the 2018 U.S. Junior Amateur field. Clanton, who is home-schooled, captured two AJGA and four FJT tournament victories in 2018. In 2017, he won the AJGA Junior at Blue Hills and the South Florida Junior Open.

Clark will make his inaugural appearance in the Junior Invitational in 2020. He finished second in the 2019 Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation Junior Championship presented by Callaway Golf and third in the 2019 Rolex Tournament of Champions. Clark intends to play at the University of Notre Dame following his high school graduation this year.

Hometown: Sanford, Fla.

This is Du’s first appearance in the Junior Invitational. Du had an impressive third place finish in the 2019 Rolex Tournament of Champions. He won the 2018 AJGA Junior at Superstition, as well as the 2019 AJGA Junior at Victoria Hills. He was a member of the 2017 AJGA ACDS Junior All-Star team and made the 2018 TransAmerica Scholastic Honor Roll. Du has verbally committed to play at University of California, Berkeley.

Hometown: Fairfax, Va.

Duangmanee returns to Sage Valley for his second appearance in the Junior Invitational. In 2019, he finished in the top 10 in six events, including a second place finish in the Hunter Mahan Junior Championship presented by Baylor Scott & White Sports Performance Center at The Star. He took home first place in the Boys 12-13 Division at the National Finals for the Drive, Chip & Putt competition in 2015. He’s competed in several major AJGA and other junior events, winning the AJGA Hunter Mahan tournament in 2018. He placed fourth at the IMG Junior World Championships at Torrey Pines in 2018. He expects to graduate in 2020 and has verbally committed to the University of Virginia.

Dunlap returns to Sage Valley after finishing fourth at the 2019 Junior Invitational. In 2018, he fired a final round 6-under-par to win the Alabama Boys State Junior Championship at the age of 14. He used that momentum and added a top-five finish at the 24th Annual Bobby Chapman Junior Invitational and a 12th place finish at the AJGA Rolex Junior Tournament of Champions in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In 2016, at the age of 12, he shot an incredible 59 at Highland Park Golf Course during a Birmingham Golf Association Junior Tour event.

Hometown: Landeryd, Sweden

This is Edero’s first appearance in the Junior Invitational. In 2019, he finished second at the Teen Tour Elite #2 in Sweden. He also finished second at the 2019 R&A Boys Amateur Championship in England.

Hometown: San Diego, Calif.

2020 marks Fioroni’s first appearance in the Junior Invitational. He has had five top 10 finishes between 2018 and 2019. Most recently, he finished fourth in the 2019 Junior Americas Cup, and he finished third in the 2019 California Amateur Championship. Fioroni plans on attending Pepperdine University after his 2020 graduation.

Hometown: Peachtree Corners, Ga.

This is Ford’s first appearance in the Junior Invitational. Ford has one career win in the 2019 Jones Cup Junior Invitational. In 2019, he finished second in the Callaway Golf – Ollie Schniederjans Junior Classic and the Press Thornton Future Masters. Ford has verbally committed to play at the University of Georgia following his high school graduation in 2021.

Hometown: Peachtree Corners, Ga.

Ford will make his Junior Invitational debut in 2020. He has had an impressive junior career with five top 10 wins, including a first place win in the 2019 E-Z-GO Vaughn Taylor Championship. Ford has verbally committed to playing at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill following his high school graduation in 2021.

Gallegos will play in the Junior Invitational for the first time in 2020. He began 2020 by winning the Latin America Amateur Championship in January. He played on Argentina’s 2019 Toyota Junior Golf World Cup team.

Hometown: Norman, Okla.

Goodman will make his inaugural appearance at the Junior Invitational in 2020. In 2018, he won the Under Armour® / Jordan Spieth Championship presented by American Campus Communities. He recently won the 2019 Bass Pro Shops / Payne Stewart Junior Championship. He has verbally committed to playing at the University of Oklahoma following his graduation in 2021.

Hometown: Stoke Poges, England

Gough returns to Sage Valley for the second year in a row for the 2020 Junior Invitational. In 2019, He won the Duke of York Young Champions Trophy in England, the English Men’s Amateur Championship and the Major Champions Invitational. Gough won the 92nd Boys Amateur Championship at Royal Portrush in 2018. He is a member of the Stoke Park Club in Buckinghamshire and became the first Englishman to win the Boys Amateur Championship title since Matthew Fitzpatrick in 2012.

Griz is back at Sage Valley to compete in his second Junior Invitational. Griz was the second youngest player in the 2018 U.S. Junior Amateur field. He was named the South Carolina Player of the Year in 2018. He shared medalist honors with a 68, which included six birdies and one double bogey, in qualifying at the Country Club of South Carolina, in Florence, S.C. He was also the 2016 Hurricane Junior Golf Tour player of the year when he won 12 events and the 2017 club champion at Colleton River Plantation, the site of the 2015 U.S. Junior Amateur.

Hometown: Charlotte, N.C.

In 2019, Heath won the Boy’s Junior PGA Championship and finished second at the Scott Robertson Memorial. He also had top 10 finishes in the 2019 Wyndham Invitational presented by BB&T and the Charlotte City Amateur. Heath has signed a letter of intent to play at San Diego State University.

Hometown: Woodstock, Ga.

In 2019 Hoover competed at the AJGA Junior at Woodbridge, the AJGA Pinehurst Junior, the Greenwood Junior Championship, the Georgia Amateur Championship and the Georgia Junior Championship, where he finished in first place.

Hometown: Austin, Texas

Humphries will return to Sage Valley to compete in his second Junior Invitational. Humphries had two top 10 finishes in 2019, including a first place victory at the Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation Junior Championship presented by Callaway Golf. Humphries has verbally committed to play at Southern Methodist University following his 2021 graduation.

Hometown: Hartland, Wis.

After playing in the 2019 Junior Invitational Hunt went on The Western Junior Championship. Hunt won the WSGA Junior Boys Championship at Rolling Meadows Golf Course in August 2018. He is a two-time WIAA Division I state champion and is one of three individuals who made first-team all-state for the second straight season in 2018. Hunt is a 2020 high school graduate and has verbally committed to the University of Illinois.

Hometown: Milford, Conn.

2020 marks James’ first Junior Invitational appearance. He has three 2019 wins including the Kilington Junior Golf Championship, the Connecticut Junior Amateur and the New England Junior Amateur Invitational. He also won the 2018 New England Junior Amateur Invitational. James will graduate in 2022 and has verbally committed to the University of Virginia.

Hometown: Encinitas, Calif.

Jin returns to Sage Valley for the 2020 Junior Invitational. In 2019, he finished second at the Junior PLAYERS Championship. In 2018, he was tied for the lead after the first round of the Junior Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass and finished the event T2 with 2018 Invitational champion, Akshay Bhatia. Jin fired a tournament-total of 12-under-par (204) to win the 2017 AGJA Junior at RiverWatch.

Hometown: Richmond, Texas

Campbell will make his inaugural appearance in the Junior Invitational in 2020. In 2018, he won the US Kids – Teen World Championship and finished second at the Coca-Cola Junior Championship at Sugarloaf. Recently, he had impressive second place finishes in the 2019 Thunderbird International Junior and the 2019 Texas Junior Amateur. Campbell intends to play at the University of Oklahoma following his graduation in 2020.

Jung will make his Junior Invitational debut in 2020. Jung won the 2018 Lockton Kansas City Junior, as well as the 2019 Se Ri Pak Junior Championship. In 2019 he finished in the top 10 at the PING Heather Farr Classic, the Scott Robertson Memorial and the Boys Junior PGA Championship.

Hometown: Bradenton, Fla.

Kennon will make his Junior Invitational debut at the 2020 tournament. In 2019, he finished second at the Western Amateur Championship and third at the Florida Junior Tour Memorial Day Major. Kennon has verbally commtted to play at Wake Forest University following his 2021 graduation.

Hometown: Peoria, Ariz.

Lorenz finished first in the 2019 AJGA Junior at Big Sky. He rounded out an impressive year with top 10 finishes in both the 2019 IMG Academy Junior World Championship and the 2019 Arizona Amateur Championship. Lorenz intends to play at the University of Oklahoma following his high school graduation this year.

Hometown: San Diego, Calif.

This is Maspat’s first appearance in the Junior Invitational. He has had nine top 10 finishes throughout his career. In 2018, Maspat won the Corey Pavin Invitational and the Enagic Junior Championship. In 2019, Maspat won the ClubCorp Mission Hills Desert Junior. Maspat will graduate in 2021 and has verbally committed to the University of Oregon.

Hometown: Newtownabbey, Ireland

McKibbin returns to Sage Valley to defend his title as the 2019 Junior Invitational Champion. He recently came in second at the 2020 Australian Men’s Amateur Championship. McKibbin won both the 2018 Junior Honda Classic U18 and the 2018 Faldo Major Champions Invitational. He won the Major Champions Invitational in 2018 and finished second in 2019. He is an Official Ambassador to Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and helps raise funds for the organization.

Hometown: Uniontown, Ohio

Moldovan returns to Sage Valley for the 2020 Junior Invitational after finishing second in the 2019 tournament. In June 2019, he won the Polo Golf Junior Classic at Liberty National. Moldovan qualified for the National Drive, Chip & Putt finals at Augusta National in 2015 and since then has had impressive successes on the course. He won an outright Division I state championship as a sophomore in 2017 and then shared the Division I state title as a junior in 2018. Maxwell also set a NOPGA Junior Tours scoring record with his 9-under-par win during the Northern Ohio PGA Boys Junior PGA Section Championship where he qualified for the Boys Junior PGA National Championship in 2018.

Representing Japan | Moriyama started 2020 with a fourth place finish at the Junior Orange Bowl International. He competed at the 2019 Junior Invitational and continued 2019 with a third place finish at The Western Junior Championship, as well as a second place finish at the Golf Digest Japan Junior Cup. He took first place at the 2018 FCG International Junior Championship and fourth at the 2018 PING Heather Farr Classic. He also captured the Golf Digest Japan Junior Classic and the Optimist International Junior Championship in 2018. He competed in the 2018 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship after winning the medalist award at the qualifier in Salisbury, North Carolina. Born in Japan, Moriyama has committed to attend and play for the University of Oregon in 2020.

Hometown: Dallas, Texas

Morrison will compete in his first Junior Invitational in 2020. He finished in the top 10 at six events in 2019. Most recently, he came in fifth at the Major Champions Invitational. Morrison plans to attend the University of Texas following his 2023 graduation.

Hometown: Orlando, Fla.

Representing England | Pagdin has an impressive list of championships and top 10 finishes dating all the way back to 2014 when he was just 13 years old. A few career highlights include finishing third in the 2019 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, third in the 2018 Boys Amateur Championship and fourth in both the 2018 AJGA Simplify Boys Championship at Carlton Woods and 2018 Rolex Tournament of Champions. He finished T2 at both the 2017 and 2018 Azalea Invitational. Now 18, Joseph became the youngest recruit to the University of Florida program at 13 years old.

Hometown: Pinehurst, N.C.

Van Paris makes his second appearance at the Junior Invitational in 2020. He played in the Rolex Junior All American in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he won the AJGA Simplify Boys Championship. He played a round of 32 in 2018 US Amateur Championship at Pebble Beach as 14-year-old, the youngest to win match in US Am since Bobby Jones in 1916. He has verbally committed to Vanderbilt University.

Hometown: Lake Mary, Fla.

Representing South Korea | Park returns to Sage Valley for his second appearance at the Junior Invitational. He played his way on to the East Team of the AJGA Wyndham Cup with top finishes at the Wyndham Invitational presented by BB&T and the Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation Junior Championship. Currently, he is committed to play at Arizona State University.

Hometown: Encinitas, Calif.

Potter is making his second appearance at the Junior Invitational in 2020. He played for Team USA in the 2018 Evian Championship Junior Cup where he finished with a final score of 10-under-par. He was named to the 2018 Rolex Junior All-America Boys Second Team and earned first place at the AJGA Junior All-Star Invitational at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

Hometown: Coral Springs, Fla.

In 2019, Roberts won the Wyndham Invitational, the Junior Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links and became the 2018-19 Florida HS 3A State Champion (Individual). In addition he earned top 10 finishes in the 2019 Rolex Tournament of Champions, the 2019 Junior PLAYERS Championship and the Boy’s Junior PGA Championship. His career low tournament round is 64 at the 2019 Wyndham Invitational and low tournament total was at the 2019 Boy’s Junior PGA Championship where he finished at 18-under par. Brett has signed a letter of intent with Florida State University.

Hometown: Birmingham, Ala.

Sargent is making his second appearance at the Junior Invitational in 2020. In October 2019, Sargent finished tied for second in the Bobby Chapman Junior Invitational. He is a two-time AJGA Champion, was co-medalist at the AHSAA 7A-State High School Championship and finished seventh at the 2018 Future Masters. Sargent also qualified for the 2018 Junior PGA Championship and has multiple AJGA and SJGT top 10 finishes. In 2018, he co-created the Alabama Cup hosted at Shoal Creek to benefit Children’s Harbor and the American Cancer Society Alabama Chapter. He has verbally committed to Vanderbilt University when he graduates in 2021.

Hometown: Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England

This is Schmidt’s first appearance at the Junior Invitational. He recently captured the 2020 NSW Amateur. He won three amateur events in 2019 including the English Boys’ Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship, the Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters and the English Men’s Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship. Schmidt is also a Lee Westwood Trophy Champion, Brabazon Trophy Champion, Carris Trophy Champion and Henriques Salver Winner. Schmidt currently plays on the England Boys National Squad.

Hometown: Daniel Island, S.C.

Scott will make his first appearance in the Junior Invitational in 2020. He has three top 10 finishes in 2019, including the Hope Valley Junior Invitational and the South Carolina Junior Match Play and a win at the 61st Annual South Carolina Junior Championship.

Hometown: Bellevue, Wash.

Siebers will make his Junior Invitational debut in 2020. Siebers competed in the 2019 Junior President’s Cup and the 2019 Wyndam Cup, as well as the 2018 and 2019 Rolex Tournament of Champions, to name a few. He has three career wins including the 2018 Amino VITAL Junior Championship, the 2018 Kyle Stanley Championship by Transamerica and the 2019 Junior Americas Cup. Siebers intends to play at Duke University following his 2020 graduation.

Hometown: Lakewood, Calif.

Currently ranked No. 5 on the Rolex AJGA rankings, Song won the Los Angeles City Junior Championship in 2019. He will compete in the Junior Invitational for the first time in 2020. Song intends to play at the University of Washington following his 2020 graduation.

Hometown: Austin, Texas

Sosa will compete in his inaugural Junior Invitational in 2020. He has seven top 10 finishes, including an impressive ninth place finish at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship in 2019. He also won the Texas Junior Amateur in 2018. Sosa has verbally committed to the University of Texas.

Hometown: Scottsdale, Ariz.

Summerhays returns to Sage Valley for the 2020 Junior Invitational. He is the reigning U.S. Junior Amateur, after winning the tournament in 2019. At the age of 15, Preston became the youngest winner of the Utah State Amateur. He followed up the victory by qualifying for the U.S. Amateur with scores of 65 and 60 at the qualifying event. His 60 broke the course record at Soldier Hollow Golf Course and came just one week before his 16th birthday. In addition to these amazing achievements, Preston also took home third at the IMG Academy Junior World Championships and fifth at the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship.

Hometown: Wellesley, Mass.

Thorbjornsen qualified for the 2019 U.S. Open by winning the 2018 U.S. Junior Amateur at Baltusrol Golf Club. At the U.S. Open in 2019 he made the cut and ultimately finished in 79th place. He has had a number of junior tournament wins, including the PING Invitational and the U.S. Junior Amateur Invitational in 2018. In 2017, he came in fifth at the Massachusetts Open Championship and finished T5 at Rolex Tournament of Champions. This is his third appearance in the Junior Invitational (2018-20). He plans to play at Stanford University in the fall.

Hometown: West Point, Miss.

Trolio will make his first Junior Invitational appearance in 2020. He finished third in the 2019 U.S. Amateur Championship. Trolio will graduate in 2021 and has verbally committed to play at Louisiana State University.

Hometown: Orlando, Fla.

Valdes returns to the 2020 Junior Invitational after finishing second in the 2019 Billy Horschel Junior Championship presented by Zurich. In 2018, Valdes won the Florida Junior Tour at Fairwinds G.C. and the Florida Junior Tour Championship in the boys 16-18 field. He came in seventh at the 2018 AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions and second at the 2018 AJGA Jr. All-Star Invitational at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The 2021 graduate has committed to Auburn University.

Hometown: Perth, Australia

Vilips is ranked No. 1 on all three junior ranking systems and No. 10 on the WAGR. He was a US Amateur quarter-finalist in 2019 where he tied the course record on Pinehurst #4 with a 65. Vilips qualified for his first US Amateur in 2016 at age 14, then again in 2017 and 2019. He was a gold medal winner at the 2018 Youth Olympics in Argentina. He also joined Bobby Jones at age 15 as the youngest winner of the Men�s Southern Amateur in 2017. Vilips was a dual Junior Presidents Cup representative in 2017 and 2019. He is the winner of five AJGA events and is a 4-time Rolex Junior All-American. He shares additional competitive course records with a 61 in the 2019 Northeast Am and a 62 on the Pete Dye Course at Sedgefield Country Club. He has made five tournament Aces, three of which were captured on video. He has committed to represent Stanford University in June 2020.

After playing in the 2019 Junior Invitational, Wilkes went on to win the AJGA Junior at Saddlebrook last May. Wilkes became the Foley Performance AJGA Champion in 2019. In 2018 he won the Jim Bell Memorial Junior. He finished first in the 2017 and 2018 Florida Boys Junior Championship. He has committed to play at the University of Florida upon graduation in 2020.

Hometown: San Diego, Calif.

Xu returns to the Junior Invitational in 2020. In 2019, he had an impressive finish at the Callaway Golf Junior Championship, finishing third. Xu finished ninth at The Junior PLAYERS Championship in 2018. He came in fifth place at the 2018 IMG Academy Junior World Championships. He is verbally committed to play at the University of San Diego next school year.

Hometown: Orlando, Fla.

Representing China | Zheng returns to Sage Valley after competing in the 2019 Junior Invitational. Zheng won the AJGA Junior at The Seagate in 2017 and the AJGA Daniel Berger Championship in 2018. He came in fifth at the Orlando International Amateur Championship in 2018. He finished second at the 93rd New Year’s invitational Amateur in 2019. He plans to attend and play at the University of California, Berkeley following his high school graduation this year.

Hometown: Auckland, New Zealand

Zheng competed in the 2019 Junior Invitational at Sage Valley. In 2019, he finished second in both the IMG Academy Junior World Championship and the Circle K Junior Championship host by Otter Creek. He is the 2018 Ryan Moore AJGA Junior Champion and the 2018 New Zealand South Island Under 19 Champion. He came in fifth at the IMG Academy Junior Championship in 2018. He was nominated Auckland Young Sportsperson of the Year in 2017.
