Comegys is No. 10 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings and No. 17 in the American Junior Golf Association. His recent top 10 finishes include his performance at the 2021 Rolex Tournament of Champions (seventh) and the 2021 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship (ninth). He finished in third and shot the lowest score at the 2020 Southern Junior Championship. Comegys has signed to continue his golf career at Texas Tech University.
